Add a new test for clustered collections in dbCheck. This should cover all dbCheck validation modes.

As part of this ticket, we should also improve error handling when running the extra index keys check on the _id index when the collection is a clustered collection. We should ensure it does not say "Index does not exist" and instead report relevant information about how the collection is a clustered collection.
