Add linkbench tests to the new variant

Description:

This covers adding linkbench tests to the new variant (specifically a tuning based on linkbench2, as it is the more accurate test). We do not need to keep linkbench. While we're doing this, we should slim down the workload to only contain the 64 thread level and reduce the runtime to a more appropriate value.
