Reference mongosh in README instead of mongo shell

      to reproduce:

      • download the latest Community version tarball, e.g. this one
      • check the README file after unarchiving

      it says that "mongo" is the database shell, and later mentions to use it

      however, "mongo" is not distributed, the README should mention mongosh
