Preserve approved cluster parameters across magic restore

      Cloud preserves certain cluster parameters in the automated cloud restore, and we should implement the same behavior in magic restore. The restored cluster parameters list should currently include shardedClusterCardinalityForDirectConns, querySettings, defaultMaxTimeMs parameters. We currently drop the collection, as that was the previous behavior described in the automated restores document.

      We should add tests to ensure these cluster parameters are preserved.
