Modify the resharding recipient service code that builds indexes so that unique: true indexes are actually built as unique: false.
Test: After this stage of resharding, the number of indexes on the recipient temporary collection should be equal to the same on the donor collection; and the number of unique indexes on the recipient temporary collection should be 0.
