$shardedDataDistribution Aggregation Should not Return Info about Primary Shard that contains No Chunks or Orphans

      $shardedDataDistribution returns information about the primary shard when the primary shard does not own any documents, data, or has any orphan documents.

      This confusing to customers why a shard with no owned data, no owned documents, and zero orphans is being returned.
