      A few ServerStatusSections report on process-wide metrics and should have a single instance of the section shared between the shard and router roles. Namely:

      • tcmalloc
      • heap profiler
      • advisoryHostFQDNS
      • http client
      • extra_info

      We should register a single section for each of these with both the shard and router roles.
