Proposal:
Capture the start and end of a range deletion and provide the namespace, shard key range, number of documents deleted, bytes deleted for each range deletion operation at the default logging verbosity level.

If the customer has a non-default batch size so that multiple batches are necessary to delete a range of documents the batch level information should not be returned at the default verbosity level.
