Unable to upgrade config nodes from 2.2.2 to 2.4.1

      From the command line I am running the command.
      > mongos --configdb devmongocfg01:20000,devmongocfg02:20000,devmongocfg03:20000 --upgrade --vvvvv --logpath ./mongos.log

      I am attempting to perform the update process to 2.4.1. After getting to the step "copying collection and chunk metadata to working and backup collections..." it just seems to hang and never finish. I have attached a log file to this ticket.
