This is a continuation of the direction taken in SERVER-92837. While it is important to continue to running the replication fuzzers in patch builds to ensure the RollbackTest, RollbackTestDeluxe, and InitialSyncTest fixtures and other dependencies do not change without 10gen/jstestfuzz being updated, it isn't necessary to run very tests generated by them to provide that stability.

• The rollback_fuzzer generates 15 total tests to run split across 5 execution tasks.
• The initial_sync fuzzer generates 50 total tests to run split across 5 execution tasks.

Running 2 total tests for each of the rollback_fuzzer and the initial_sync_fuzzer in patch builds (and 1 execution task) would likely suffice.
