Splitting off from SERVER-92916 to allow for incremental progress. This ticket will remove the codepaths which attempt to invoke Bonsai, remove the query knobs which reference the bonsai executor, and delete bonsai unit test. These should be pure deletions and make followup ticket which require refactoring easier.
