      wt now compiles with bazel which has a linking issues when doing dynamic builds with thinLTO enabled. The wt binary is not needed by itself for performance testing so we will conditionally disable that build target when using LTO until Bazel linking is fixed in https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-80640
