Following SERVER-92931, all of the map reduce jstests will be owned by Query Integration. However, as was pointed out in the PR, some of mapReduce is owned by QO, in particular, the parsing and desugaring parts of mapReduce. As such, this ticket tracks the work to refine the ownership of mapReduce tests between QI and QO.
