Currently, this test only runs on Ubuntu 18.04 and RHEL 8. On mongo 7.0, this test doesn't even run on RHEL 8 due to an issue with podman (see SERVER-93734). However, Ubuntu 18.04 is EOL, so this test does not get run at all on 7.0. We should add support for a version which is run on 7.0.
