In a recent HELP ticket, we saw an uptick in user assertions in the FTDC data, but the customer's log level was not high enough to see what those assertions were caused by.
Add counters for individual ErrorCodes to FTDC, so that we can understand upticks in user assertions regardless of the customer's log level.
