Improve $emit timeseries error message

      We should improve the error message when $emit is used for a non time-series collection.

      Currently it's:

      "Expected a Time Series collection TestColl"

      It should be a bit more descriptive, example below:

      "$emit can only be used with a time series collection. TestColl is not a time-series collection."
