In order to support building and running SP unit tests as a group, we add an AIB_COMPONENT to all SP-owned unit tests (referring generally to all C++ tests). If any tests have been moved into bazel, then they should have a bazel tag instead.

In some cases, this may require splitting SP-owned tests out from binaries that contain non-SP tests.
