      Interruptible has a bunch of machinery added in SERVER-42967 designed to handle integration with the diagnostic latch infrastructure. Since that infrastructure was removed in SERVER-90429, we should investigate if we can simplify and clean up the Interruptible code to make it more maintainable/understandable and remove any dead code.
