We have upstreamed YCSB in https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/PERF-5331. 

We have decided to add these to the variant created in SERVER-89849

This task consists of merging https://github.com/mongodb-labs/YCSB/production
into https://github.com/mongodb-labs/YCSB/main

and making https://github.com/mongodb-labs/YCSB/main the default branch in that repo.

Also as part of this this PR should be merged in DSI https://github.com/10gen/dsi/pull/1683

As a precaution check that all com.yahoo.ycsb references are changed to site.ycsb becuase changes might have happened that still reference the old package name.
