      The canAcceptWritesForDatabase function returns true during oplog application when in queryableBackupMode.
      This can lead to subtle issues as described in SERVER-85307.
      The goal of this ticket is to investigate the usage of canAcceptWritesForDatabase(), to understand if the other usages can lead to the same problem as in SERVER-85307.
