Similarly to SERVER-94920, we should extend the magic restore sharding passthrough suites to include shard renames. During restore, a shard rename involves updating any sharding metadata that references the corresponding shardId.

This ticket should also ensure that the magic restore sharded passthroughs run the tests in the jstests/core_sharding, or whatever path includes sharding tests that execute sharding DDL operations (movePrimary, moveCollection, etc).
