compile_upload_benchmarks currently will build, upload, and download all of the benchmarks tests. This takes a long time. The sep benchmarks are a small subset of the full set and are in a critical test path. We need to create a specialized target and update the sep test task which can build, upload, and download just the the sep benchmarks.
currently compile_upload_benchmarks takes 30-60 minutes. We should be able to get this down to around 10 minutes with specialized targets.
