Right now it is registered under 'featureFlagSearchHybridScoring.' These two feature flags were always supposed to track "first milestone of release flag" (prerequisites) vs. "whole feature flag". Since we created them, we've moved $rankFusion to the earlier milestone, so it should be protected by that first flag.
