Define smoke tests covering the Versioning Protocol & Management of Catalog Cache assets

      The objective of this ticket is to introduce a first version of smoke tests covering key commands for the Management of Catalog Cache & Versioning Protocol based on the content of existing JS tests under the jstests/sharding folder.

      The commands to be taken under consideration are:

      • _flushDatabaseCacheUpdates(WithWriteConcern)
      • _flushRoutingTableCacheUpdates(WithWriteConcern)
      • flushRouterConfig
      • getShardVersion
      • getDatabaseVersion

      Smoke tests will be defined under the core, core_sharding and noPassthrough folders.
