      Currently, parsing "encryptionInformation" for FLE2 (i.e QE) asserts that only a single encryption schema has been provided for an aggregation command on QE collections. 

      The work required here will be to remove any code which mandates a single schema has been provided for QE aggregations, and adding appropriate integration testing of this code path.
