Currently every time a multiversion task runs, it needs to fetch binaries (versions <= 8.0) via db-contrib-tool. It would be nice if hosts did this automatically on startup for particular distros.

There is an issue that we wouldn't be running with the very latest older version binary available, but that should be OK, so long as we periodically refresh the older binaries. One way we can do this is by restarting hosts that have been running for longer than a week.
