takeGlobalLock should use the CollectionAcquisitionRequest's lock acquisition timeout

      takeGlobalLock should use the CollectionAcquisitionRequest's lock acquisition timeout. Currently takeGlobalLock uses Date_t::max() as the lock acquisition timeout here instead of respecting the lock acquisition timeout specified by the CollectionAcquisitionRequest
