I attempted to change all the calls to `replSetGetStatus` to be wrapped in an asCluster call as part of SERVER-96058. However, a few of the calls could not be changed because there was an issue with the rst object.

We should investigate why the rst object cannot be wrapped in asCluster in two places - here and here. To test this, change those lines to use asCluster and run a patch build - quite a few errors will surface.
