Add rawData field to the bulkWrite command

      1. Add the new rawData field to the bulkWrite command definition.
      2. Allow the db.coll.bulkWrite helper in the test runner to take rawData in the command options, if it does not already.
      3. Implement the logic in the bulkWrite command to rewrite the request onto the buckets namespace.
      4. Update the test added in SERVER-97450 to use rawData for the bulkWrite operation.
