Add the new rawData field to the distinct command definition.
Allow the db.coll.distinct helper in the test runner to take rawData in the command options, if it does not already.
Implement the logic in the distinct command to rewrite the request onto the buckets namespace.
Update the test added in ~~SERVER-97450~~ to use rawData for the distinct operation.
