Add rawData field to the findAndModify command

      1. Add the new rawData field to the findAndModify command definition.
      2. Allow the db.coll.findAndModify, db.coll.findOneAndDelete, db.coll.findOneAndReplace, and db.coll.findOneAndUpdate helpers in the test runner to take rawData in the command options, if they do not already.
      3. Implement the logic in the findAndModify command to rewrite the request onto the buckets namespace.
      4. Update the test added in SERVER-97450 to use rawData for the findAndModify operations.
