in https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-88142 we wanted to do this, but decided we didn't want to commit to changing the resume token format right away. long term we should transition to a new version of the resume token format that uses the raw opDescription field from the oplog. overall this should likely follow the same process as how the "to" field got added and then moved into the operationDescription field for rename events. the same thing should happen for any other events we add nsType to like potentially modify events.
