Ignore index consistency issues for geospatial indexes

      Geospatial indexes' accuracy is subject to rounding errors in trigonometric functions. The hash-based approach our index validator uses doesn't account for this, which leads to it believing that indexes are inconsistent when the index is more-or-less correct % epsilon.

      Consider not reporting geospatial errors as inconsistencies for this reason.
