      db.c.find({x: {$elemMatch: {$all: [3, 5]}}})

      parses into 

      db.c.find({x: {$elemMatch: {$and: [{$eq: 3}, {$eq: 5}]}}})

      which is not a reparseable query ("unknown top level operator: $eq. If you have a field name that starts with a '$' symbol, consider using $getField or $setField.").
