SERVER-98176 introduced the server config for the live restore feature. This is a follow on ticket is to create a jstest. The test should:
1. Create a database with some data
2. Shutdown mongod
3. Startup a new mongod with a new dbPath and set the live restore config path to the old dbPath.
4. Perform some random crud operations.
