Measure the phase-wise performance of Resharding. This must be done via Locust.

We would need a data size of 1TB with 1kB sized documents and 10 indexes (_id, single-key, compound) as well as a high writeRate (500 writes/second).

The existing Genny workload ReshardCollectionWithIndexes can be used as an example. All crud ops (insert, update and delete ops) must be included in the workload.
