Not able to configure MongoDB Server On Windows - 7

      Dear Team
      I am not able to configure the MongoDB server on my system. I am using Window 7 32 bit system. When i tried to run the MongoDB server from the command prompt i am getting some error over there. PFA screen shot and help me in rectifying the same.
