commitIndexBuild and createIndexes oplog entries should build indexes with the createIndexes command during oplog replay

      In RestoreOplog(), if the oplog entry is an index creation, send a createIndexes command to the server.

      Log which index is being created and inform the user that it may take some time.

      Make sure legacy indexes are converted if --convertLegacyIndexKeys is set.
