common-pvt.yml contains all the tests against Atlas were put there for historical reasons. In this ticket, we should remove this entry and migrate all the tests apart from ubuntu1604-ppc64cle platform in common-pvt.yml to common.yml, then make sure all the tests run in https://evergreen.mongodb.com/waterfall/mongo-tools-private keep running in the master evg project.
