customers are reporting that `mongorestore` is taking too many resources and as a result terminated by the operating system (By - "Out of memory killer")

adding an option for mongorestore to limit the RAM footprint  to "X mb"   or an option to consume less RAM -  without specifying a number , would help in reducing the number of cases opened around this
