Should package names be consistent with server?

      e.g. our ARM 64 tarballs have "arm64" in the name but server uses "aarch64". We should ask server release if there's any reason they switched to using "aarch64". It might not be worth changing it - perhaps consistency between tools versions is more important than consistency between tools and server. Still something to consider.
