mongoexport CSV vs JSON date formats

      Currently, mongoexport uses $numberLong in canonical JSON date output and $numberLong for pre-epoch and ISO for post-epoch in relaxed JSON.  For CSV output, the date format is always in ISO string format.

      I have a customer planning to switch to using CSV because they want all dates in ISO format, but he wants assurance that there are no plans to change CSV output to use $numberLong.
