Motivation

This will unblock DevProd to fulfill the following Scope goals:

1. Create flow for SBOM Lites from Silk APIs or GitHub to be continuously pushed to Silk (as we need SBOM Lites first)
2. Define SBOM Lite Format (as this work item is the next blocker in using Silk as a platform in general)

Summary

• Add Shipped Product to Silk Inventory by populating info in the MongoDB's Asset Groups table)
• Create an SBOM-Lite
