Marking as Critical due to the Silk License Expiring on 02/25/25

Problem

We are moving from utilizing Silk to a new tool called Kondukto. The DevProd team will open up a PR to get updates added to the mongo-tools repository but we need help adding the following project variable to the mongo-tools evergreen project:

kondukto_role_arn -> arn:aws:iam::119629040606:role/kondukto

Solution & Acceptance Criteria

Add the following project variable to the mongo-tools evergreen project:

kondukto_role_arn -> arn:aws:iam::119629040606:role/kondukto

Impact

We will be able to migrate from Silk to Kondukto.
