      Original Downstream Change Summary

When opening a change stream with the showExpandedEvents flag, the change events for document CRUD operations will now contain an additional commitTimestamp field if the operation was part of a prepared transaction.

      Description of Linked Ticket

The "clusterTime" for the change events for a prepared transaction is set to the "ts" of the commitTransaction oplog entry. Currently, there is not an option that makes the events also include the "commitTimestamp" (the visible timestamp for the transaction).
