Mongodump check for free available disk space before dumping

      Mongodump is often used in production environments and many times the size of the dump is not completely understood ahead of time. Filling up filesystems can be disruptive and can't ever be intended.

      A filesystem space availability check would be a nice feature to prevent these sorts of dumps before they happen.
