I followed all the steps to backup and restore mongodb but I got an error on the restore using mongorestore...error:

error: E11000 duplicate key error index: config.settings.$id dup key: { : "balancer" }

Is this a bug....what does it mean please. I need to make sure this works or is working. Thanks!!
