Mongostat 3.0+ can`t find idx miss% and page faults for WiredTiger

      Mongostat 3.0+ can`t find idx miss% and page faults for WiredTiger.
      Is there anyway to get these info?
      And is these two fileds not useful anymore for WiredTiger?
