User Story

As a user,
I want a quick overview of the indexes on a collection,
So that I can easily make sure that my queries are covered by an index.

Acceptance criteria

• A collection in the tree view has an additional branch for indexes
• Next to Indexes, we show the number of indexes for that collection
• Indexes are displayed by their name (in alphanumerical order)
• When I expand each index, the fields in the index are displayed with an icon for ASC, DESC (anything else?) (like in Compass)
