      We've added indexes to the tree view, I think it's probably worth it to wait to make screenshot changes for the icons pr to be merged: https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/VSCODE-151

      I figured I'd open up this ticket since the functionality now exists, just the visuals/icons aren't quite in their final form.
